LIFE Coach Training

ITEC's LIFE University does locally what ITEC does globally. Developing tools for the Church to reach out into the community and help meet people's immediate felt needs in practical ways. LIFE Coaching, is one of these tools. LIFE Coaching is real-world practical discipleship that goes through 7 areas of life, helping someone to determine and achieve goals and give a hand up instead of a handout. This takes place as trained LIFE Coaches sit down one-on-one with individuals not as a professional to a client, but as someone sharing life. Meeting once a week for 9 to 12 weeks, Coaches give tools and information that has a secular feel, but has a Biblical foundation. It is designed this way because people don't really care what we know until they know that we care.
